Senior Software Engineer (React/Python)

About the role

Coforge is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in React and Python to join its remote team. You will work on building and scaling modern web applications while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails, React, and relational database technologies.
• Build and optimise backend services, data flows, and application performance with MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch and Sidekiq.
• Collaborate with product, design and QA teams to implement new features and resolve issues.
• Contribute to modern development practices, code quality and system scalability.
• Work with REST APIs and modern web architecture in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or full‑stack development.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to expand expertise in Python‑based solutions.
