Senior Software Engineer – AI‑Native Consultancy

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own the full product arc from discovery to production within an AI‑native consultancy serving regulated sectors such as insurance, healthcare, and fintech. You will lead client conversations, pressure‑test product decisions, and ship reliably using the Anthropic API and Claude Code.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client‑facing discovery calls, sprint reviews, roadmap discussions and demos.
• Evaluate and pressure‑test product decisions before implementation.
• Scope and deliver work within a structured delivery framework tied to defined business outcomes.
• Build full‑stack applications in TypeScript/JavaScript using Node, React, and Next.js.
• Write and maintain BDD test suites with Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Develop daily on the Anthropic API and Claude Code, handling structured outputs, tool use, and agent workflows.
• Manage client relationships proactively with clear communication and zero surprises.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or equivalent).
• Deep experience in TypeScript/JavaScript with production‑grade architecture.
• Strong AWS expertise (Azure/GCP not a substitute).
• Hands‑on experience with LLM APIs, including function calling, streaming, structured outputs and prompt engineering.
• Comfortable leading calls, demos and roadmap discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to context‑switch across multiple client projects and technology stacks.
• Disciplined adherence to structured delivery frameworks, PR hygiene and documentation.
• Full dedication; concurrent formal employment is not compatible.
• Based anywhere in the Americas and available from 9:00 am Eastern time.
