Senior Salesforce Developer (Apex & Lightning)

About the role

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical business operations and drive digital transformation. The role suits an experienced, hands-on technical expert with a strong background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL and Salesforce integrations, working with cross-functional and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL and other Salesforce technologies, building custom Apex classes, triggers, controllers and reusable Lightning components.
• Customize and enhance Salesforce functionality to improve business processes, automation and user experience.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flows.
• Optimize platform performance and scalability, debug complex technical issues, write unit tests, support code reviews and take part in releases, deployments and upgrades.
• Work with business analysts, technical teams and global stakeholders, and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail, and excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Apex programming, including classes, triggers, controllers and asynchronous processing.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom Salesforce user interfaces.
• SOQL, Salesforce data models and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, security and development best practices.
• Nice to have: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification, Visualforce, Aura Components, Salesforce Flow, Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Marketo or Loopio integrations, Agile methodology and experience with global teams.
