Senior RFP Specialist – Proposal Management

About the role

Moody's is seeking a Senior RFP Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of client response submissions. You will coordinate multiple proposal projects, work closely with cross‑functional teams, and help improve processes using emerging AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of RFP, RFI, RFQ and client questionnaire responses, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, task trackers and workflow tools.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance and subject‑matter experts to gather information and resolve issues.
• Monitor project risks, identify bottlenecks and proactively escalate challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes and explore AI‑enabled efficiencies.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in request‑for‑proposal, proposal management, or project coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications or a related field.
• Strong organizational, project‑management and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar workflow management tools.
• Basic understanding of artificial‑intelligence concepts and interest in responsible AI practices.
