Senior QA Analyst – CMS & Accessibility

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with deep experience in functional, CMS‑driven and accessibility testing to ensure high‑quality digital experiences across web and mobile platforms for Publicis Global Delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and execute functional test cases for complex business requirements.
• Create, maintain and document test artifacts, including test cases, test plans and defect reports.
• Test CMS‑driven applications, validating content management, publishing workflows and user experience.
• Perform accessibility testing to verify compliance with ADA and related standards.
• Conduct desktop, mobile, responsive and cross‑browser testing using industry‑standard tools.
• Manage defects through reporting, tracking, prioritisation and validation in ticketing systems.
• Use test management platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail or Zephyr.
• Validate UI/UX designs in Figma and assess front‑end implementations (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, browser dev tools).
• Provide status reporting, risk assessment and task prioritisation to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional QA experience, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong background in functional testing, CMS testing and accessibility testing.
• Proficiency in analyzing business requirements and estimating testing effort.
• Excellent documentation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• English language proficiency at B2+ / C1 level.
