Senior Project Manager – Remote (Costa Rica or Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead digital initiatives for our clients in Costa Rica or Mexico. This fully remote position will oversee the delivery of omni‑channel, loyalty, marketplace and front‑end projects from conception through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of digital projects, ensuring scope, timeline and quality.
• Manage project budgets and financial reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including business users, project managers, architects, QA, release and engineering.
• Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to suit project needs.
• Monitor and report key performance metrics to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience with a focus on digital delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects from inception to implementation.
• Strong budget management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading metric‑driven teams using Agile practices.
• PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is preferred.

Required skills

• JIRA for project execution.
• Confluence for reporting and documentation.
• Hands‑on experience with AI agents and Large Language Models (Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
