Senior Project Manager – Professional Services

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join Zscaler’s Professional Services team. In this hybrid role you will lead high‑impact customer deployments, ensuring a smooth transition to our cloud‑native Zero Trust Exchange platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of new customer deployments, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the service period.
• Define, track and report success criteria, metrics, milestones and timelines to keep projects on schedule and maximize value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to align expectations and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Manage and resolve complex account escalations by coordinating internal resources and technical experts.
• Maintain rigorous project documentation and tracking while educating customers on onboarding tools and post‑sales support processes.
