About the role
VML, a leading creative agency within the WPP network, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Costa Rica office. The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of client projects, from initial scoping to final delivery, ensuring excellence, timeliness, and budget adherence.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver work that meets or exceeds client briefs, on time and within budget.
- Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, coordinating cross‑functional teams.
- Set and manage expectations with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Negotiate trade‑offs and prioritize business needs, resources, schedules, and financials.
- Maintain full lifecycle ownership, from scoping through delivery.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic critical thinker and problem solver.
- Ability to engage at all project levels and understand constraints.
- Proven experience managing complex projects in a creative or marketing environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility for expectations and outcomes.
