Senior Project Manager – IT Infrastructure & Security (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Project Manager to lead complex IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives. The role is remote‑first, based in Costa Rica, and will drive strategic execution across a multi‑disciplinary enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure‑related projects, ensuring alignment with the broader transformation strategy.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert and key stakeholder, providing technical insight and project leadership.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.
• Create and manage core project artifacts such as scope documents, reporting dashboards, risk and issue logs, communication plans, and change requests.
• Standardize documentation practices across program, workstream, and project levels and publish them in collaboration with PMO and IMO partners.
• Coordinate re‑planning activities to accommodate timeline shifts, scope changes, and inter‑dependencies across infrastructure and security domains.
• Engage cross‑functional teams including cybersecurity, networking, operations, and application groups.

Required profile

• 7+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on infrastructure and cybersecurity programs.
• Proven track record delivering complex integration and enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong ability to act as an SME and influence decisions in risk‑sensitive technical environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
