Senior Manual QA Specialist

About the role

Plannatech is seeking a Senior Manual QA Specialist to ensure the highest quality of its B2B platform. In this role you will design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test suites while collaborating closely with developers and product managers to identify and resolve defects.

Key responsibilities

• Create, execute, and maintain manual test suites that rigorously challenge the software.
• Report defects, track them in a bug‑tracking system, and verify bug fixes.
• Review business story specifications and provide accurate effort estimations.
• Troubleshoot application issues to determine root causes.
• Document QA processes and results in Confluence.
• Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional QA experience.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and agile practices.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level.

Required skills

• Front‑end, back‑end, and mobile manual testing.
• Test suite creation and maintenance.
• Jira bug‑tracking.
• Xray test‑management.
• Git or SVN source‑control.
• Automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium) – considered a plus.
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification – considered a plus.
