Senior Manager, Workforce Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead workforce transformation initiatives across our organization. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and collaborating with market people leaders, you will design and execute AI‑enabled, data‑driven solutions that reshape how we plan, staff, and deliver people services.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of workforce transformation roadmaps aligned with enterprise and market priorities.
• Translate multi‑year workforce strategy into detailed organization designs, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain analytics, dashboards, and scenario models for headcount, cost, and capability decisions.
• Partner with Finance and Strategy on workforce planning, budgeting, and productivity analysis.
• Drive workflow redesign using automation, self‑service, and AI‑enabled decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to implement AI tools in workforce planning and service delivery.
• Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption across markets.
• Create standardized processes, documentation, and playbooks with flexibility for local markets.
• Identify simplification and efficiency opportunities and manage workstreams across multi‑market programs.
• Support change management, communications, training, and adoption strategies, tracking metrics and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5‑9+ years of experience in workforce strategy, HR transformation, analytics, or management consulting.
• Proven track record supporting cross‑functional transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities in complex environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1).
• Preferred experience in retail or large multi‑market organizations, exposure to digital or AI‑enabled workforce initiatives, and an advanced degree such as an MBA.
