Senior Lead, Contract Proposal Management - US GTM

About the role

Kyndryl is hiring a Contract Proposal Management professional for its US Go-To-Market (GTM) business. The role covers bid coordination and management from the start of a bid, working closely with the Seller to keep the bid on track, compliant and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and organize mandatory bid documents from various parties and store them in the designated tools.
• Conduct credit checks and validate customer information with the Seller.
• Manage bid budgets: open account IDs, track spending and send weekly budget reports, alerting the Seller when spend exceeds a high percentage of the budget.
• Ensure process compliance, attend release calls across bid stages, and help manage the project plan, milestones, deliverables and assignments.
• Engage resources and aligned functions inside and outside the Q2C organization.
• Collect mandatory approvals for price, credit, terms and conditions, legal and risk assessments.
• Support compliance tests, SOX tests and audits, and maintain valid process documentation.
• Prepare mandatory documents and facilitate a smooth handover for contract registration.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a business setting with exposure to business controls and risk management.
• Experience in Go-To-Market proposals or large-deal design.
• 2+ years of experience working with vendors.
• Demonstrated business writing skills and experience driving a project to completion.
• Team player with a growth mindset, customer-focused and inclusive in how they work with others.
