Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (PHP/Laravel) – Remote LATAM

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join a healthcare‑technology client’s development team on a near‑shore basis. The position is fully remote for professionals located in LATAM and will work during Central or Pacific Time Zone business hours. You will contribute to the design, implementation and optimisation of scalable web applications using a modern tech stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack web applications with clean, reusable code.
• Collaborate with a distributed engineering team in an Agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging and performance optimisation.
• Contribute to both backend (PHP, Python, Node.js) and frontend development.
• Learn and work with Laravel when required.

Required profile

• 7+ years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Strong grasp of Object‑Oriented Programming and software design principles.
• Advanced English communication skills for client‑facing interactions.
• Availability to work during Central or Pacific Time Zone hours.
• Willingness to commit to a 4‑6 month contract.
