Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

ESO is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Top Line Revenue, Bookings, and ARR team. The role sits at the heart of the company’s recurring‑revenue analysis, partnering with the Finance Manager of Revenue to build and maintain ARR, GRR, and NRR models that drive forecasts, board reporting, and strategic pricing decisions for a subscription business with over $200M in ARR.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain ARR models, tracking new, expansion, contraction, and churn activity across agency and department segments.
• Analyze gross renewal rate and net renewal rate trends, translating churn drivers into actionable insights.
• Support strategic pricing analysis in partnership with Corporate Finance.
• Ensure data integrity between source systems and ARR reporting, resolving discrepancies.
• Develop KPI frameworks and lead cross‑functional projects to improve scalability and operational performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and bookings forecasts for senior leadership, the Board, and investors.
• Produce variance analysis, bridge explanations, and reporting materials for board, investor, and lender presentations.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Accounting to validate ARR movements and align definitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or revenue analytics.
• Comfort working with ARR, bookings, and other subscription metrics.
• Strong analytical instincts and high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, PE‑backed SaaS environment.
