Junior Tax Accountant & Data Entry Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Tax Accountant and Data Entry Specialist to join Dimov Tax’s tax preparation team. The role involves entering client tax information into Intuit ProConnect Tax, maintaining confidential records, and supporting tax professionals throughout the year.

Key responsibilities

• Enter client tax documents and financial data into Intuit ProConnect Tax accurately and efficiently.
• Review client documentation for completeness, identify missing information, and communicate gaps to the team.
• Organize and maintain electronic tax files, verify data accuracy before submission, and assist with scanning and categorizing documents.
• Support tax professionals with administrative and clerical tasks while adhering to data security protocols.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting or tax concepts and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently under deadlines.

Required skills

• Intuit ProConnect Tax (or similar tax software).
• Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Document management systems and fast, accurate typing/data entry.
