Senior Executive Assistant (Ops & AI Workflows)

About the role

This is a full-time, 100% remote Senior Executive Assistant position supporting the founder of a US service, finance or advisory firm. You will run the calendar, inbox and priorities, and build the systems that keep the business moving. Pay is $1,800-2,600 USD per month, with potential commission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the calendar, inbox and travel, keeping the founder one step ahead
• Run weekly priorities, meeting prep, follow-ups and action-item tracking
• Speak for the founder with clients, vendors and the team, on calls and by email
• Build and maintain workflows in Notion, Asana, Zapier, Google Workspace and AI assistants
• Keep the CRM (HubSpot or similar) clean and up to date
• Prepare documents, decks and reports, run light research and spot bottlenecks to fix without being asked

Required profile

• 4+ years as an EA or chief-of-staff-style assistant, including 2+ supporting a US founder or executive
• C1 or better English, and comfort on live client calls
• Discretion, ownership and fast response time during US business hours
• Nice to have: professional services, finance or real estate experience; founder-level experience and a track record of running ops without supervision

Required skills

• Strong command of Google Workspace and at least one project tool
• Hands-on use of AI tools to speed up work
• Nice to have: HubSpot, Zapier or Make

What we offer

• $20,000-30,000 USD per year base pay plus potential commission
• 100% remote, full-time, US business hours
