About the role
Join a global operations and quality team that delivers life‑changing cardiovascular devices to patients worldwide. As a Senior Engineering Manager you will partner with manufacturing, sales and cross‑functional teams to solve complex supply‑chain and engineering challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project activities, develop plans, schedules, scope and objectives, and ensure successful delivery of all deliverables.
- Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and coordinate issue resolution with cross‑functional groups.
- Manage and coach an assigned engineering team, including budget oversight and talent development aligned with departmental growth strategies.
- Lead cross‑functional groups to provide design recommendations for moderately complex components or products.
- Develop and integrate metrics that demonstrate engineering value to the business.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
- Proven experience in engineering with a track record of managing technical or engineering disciplines.
- Experience working in a regulated industry.
- Strong project‑management leadership and decision‑making abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
- Strong documentation, communication and relationship‑management capabilities.
- Understanding of engineering procedures, financial acumen related to engineering, and ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
