Senior Digital Site Reliability Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Site Reliability Engineer to join our fully remote team. You will own the reliability, performance, and scalability of our cloud‑native applications, driving automation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred) and related tooling.
• Monitor production and non‑production environments using Datadog, Dynatrace, and Splunk, and respond to incidents.
• Maintain and evolve containerized workloads on Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Collaborate with product and development teams to define Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and ensure high availability.
• Automate testing, quality gates, and long‑term infrastructure provisioning using scripting and IaC tools.
• Provide technical leadership for UI, API, and microservice deployments.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and incident post‑mortems.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong background in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (EKS).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems using APM and log analysis tools.
• Curious mindset focused on continuous improvement.
