Senior DevOps Engineer I

About the role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will design, build and operate scalable, secure and reliable systems that power our SaaS applications. You will join a high‑performance, globally distributed DevSecOps team based in Costa Rica, working closely with product managers, developers and operations specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain cloud‑native infrastructure supporting critical SaaS platforms.
• Automate provisioning, enforce security controls and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate in Agile, cross‑functional teams to deliver infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines and monitoring solutions.
• Participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis and drive post‑mortem improvements.
• Leverage containerization, open‑source tooling and best‑in‑class DevSecOps practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate or professional‑services environments.
• Strong background in DevSecOps practices and cloud‑based system design.

Required skills

• Programming: Python, Golang, Ruby, JavaScript.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions.
