Seasonal Call Center Representative

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Call Center Representatives to join our remote team in Costa Rica from mid‑September to late December. This temporary position offers a flexible schedule and the chance to grow into a longer‑term role based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
• Process orders and handle product or service inquiries.
• Promote company products and services during each interaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the managerial team when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in accordance with company policies.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) – both spoken and written.
• Strong listening skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• High attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions.
• Legally authorized to work in Costa Rica.
• No specific career background required; call‑center experience is a plus.
