SAP Financial Compliance & Authorizations Deployment Specialist

About the role

Roche is looking for a SAP Financial Compliance & Authorizations Deployment Specialist on a two‑year fixed‑term contract. You will support the ASPIRE program that implements SAP S/4 HANA based ERP solutions worldwide, ensuring financial compliance and proper authorisation settings across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Fit‑to‑Template assessments and scope workshops to align current finance processes with the ASPIRE global template.
• Collaborate with local finance stakeholders to gather and implement financial compliance and localisation requirements.
• Execute testing activities (unit, system, user acceptance, regression) and support go‑live and hyper‑care, including month‑end closing.
• Maintain template governance, change control and alignment with global business process managers and finance governance concepts.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP finance authorisation or related project management.
• Strong knowledge of finance business processes, policies and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and change‑management abilities.
• Fluent English.
