Salesforce Solution Architect (Costa Rica, Mexico or Colombia)

About the role

Join a global medical‑technology leader to shape and deliver Salesforce‑based CRM solutions that support commercial teams across the Americas. You will act as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring scalable, sustainable implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial teams to capture requirements, prioritize back‑log items and define delivery schedules.
• Design end‑to‑end CRM solutions covering Account Planning, Customer Segmentation, Territory Management, Pipeline & Opportunities Management, Customer Master Data, Marketing Automation and Service Cloud.
• Oversee solution architecture and guide technical architects through the SDLC, ensuring best‑practice design.
• Evaluate emerging CRM technologies and drive innovation and adoption across the organization.
• Lead agile delivery processes and govern cross‑functional, cross‑platform solutions globally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience leading Salesforce design, build and deployment in large, multinational environments.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to solve complex business and technology challenges related to CRM.
• Experience in life‑sciences or medical‑device companies is a plus.
