Global Concur Administrator

About the role

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Global Concur Administrator to provide technical and administrative support for its Concur Expense platform. The role ensures the system meets the needs of over 19,000 users across 40 countries, driving standardisation, stability and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for technical and functional issues raised by country leads, users and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with Concur developers to test and implement enhancements.
• Manage Level 3 support cases with Concur Support and internal teams, adhering to defined SLAs.
• Deliver system training, monitor expense lists, travel allowances and audit rules, and ensure proper localisation.
• Provide VIP support for C‑Suite and Board members and assist international assignees with data or system issues.
• Support global initiatives to stabilise, standardise and expand Concur Expense, including testing, VAT outsourcing and policy implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in systems, business or finance.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience administering Concur Expense and at least 5 years with global travel and expense policies.
