About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team covering Latin America. As the first point of contact with prospects, you will research, qualify, and set up meetings for our account executives, helping to drive top‑line revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze and qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Schedule meetings or calls between prospective clients and account executives.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Prepare regular reports on outreach activity and results.
  • Follow up promptly with leads to convert them into qualified opportunities.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales development, preferably in software or marketing services.
  • Resilience to high volumes of rejection and ability to stay motivated.
  • Strong understanding of the software sales cycle and lead‑qualification criteria.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Desire to grow within a sales organization.
