Key responsibilities

• Deploy multi‑channel prospecting strategies (phone, email, social selling, events) across target accounts.
• Partner with Account Executives to build high‑quality pipeline opportunities.
• Identify and qualify potential buyers, uncovering their business needs.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Engage with prospects through personalized outreach and follow‑up.
• Represent Workday at face‑to‑face events and virtual meetings.
