Specialist, Customer Acquisition - Bilingual

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Specialist in Customer Acquisition to join Concentrix’s inside‑sales team. You will partner with global technology brands, demonstrate the value of their services and drive new business through proactive customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and convert new customers into closed sales.
• Build and maintain relationships while understanding customer needs.
• Negotiate and close deals, upsell and cross‑sell SaaS solutions.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue and handle competitive objections.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales manager and team to ensure a professional customer experience.
• Work in a hybrid model, commuting to a Concentrix office in Costa Rica.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of inside‑sales experience.
• Professional English proficiency (C1 level) and bilingual capability.
• Proven track record of meeting personal and team sales quotas.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform or similar SaaS products.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM.
• Ability to manage pipeline, forecast sales and handle objections.
