About the role
SonicWall is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive revenue growth by generating and nurturing high‑quality Sales Accepted Leads. You will identify, qualify, and engage prospective and existing customers across the United States, supporting the sales team with qualified meetings and insights.
Key responsibilities
- Research and target potential clients in designated industries.
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and social platforms.
- Qualify leads based on company size, needs, budget, and timeline.
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for sales representatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach and meeting targets.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar B2B roles, preferably in cybersecurity or technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to business audiences.
- Demonstrated sales acumen and a results‑driven mindset.
