RTR Senior Accountant – Finance Transformation

The role supports the Finance Accounting Operating Model (AOM) within the Reimagine Finance program, helping to implement Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and drive cost‑efficiency and digital innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries in line with company policies.
• Perform reconciliations of general ledger and balance‑sheet accounts, ensuring complete documentation.
• Assist in reviewing Capex purchase requisitions and maintain supporting files.
• Monitor open bank reconciliation items and escalate issues as needed.
• Support accounting and reporting of fixed assets, intercompany transactions and related processes.
• Participate in cash‑management activities, including internal and external banking transactions.
• Maintain lease data in the IFRS 16 system and help prepare lease accounting reports.
• Collaborate with country teams and shared service centers to gather information and meet service‑level KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls and applicable regulations.
• Assist with audit requests and provide documentation for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (CPA, CPI, ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP compliance.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
