Reward Business Partner – LATAM

About the role

The Reward Business Partner for LATAM will support the Senior Reward Business Partner in shaping and delivering a total reward strategy that aligns with business priorities, talent outcomes and organisational performance across the region. Based in Costa Rica, the role works within a fast‑paced, matrixed environment to advise HR and business leaders on compensation, benefits, talent acceleration and reward governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead compensation and benefits projects linked to regulatory change, market competitiveness and business transformation.
• Develop reward approaches that attract, retain and accelerate critical and high‑potential talent.
• Collaborate with the Talent Centre of Excellence to embed differentiated reward into talent development and career programmes.
• Maintain and update local reward policies and recommend continuous improvement and simplification of reward processes.
• Identify improvements to compensation frameworks, job architecture alignment and data standards.
• Drive and embed reward governance principles across markets and employee segments.
• Shape inclusive benefits strategy, focusing on equity and segment‑specific needs, and build business cases for policy redesign.

Required profile

• Experience advising HR and business leadership on compensation, benefits and reward governance.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret customer needs, identify trends and generate innovative solutions.
• Proven capability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed, multinational environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
