Reservation Technology Consultant – Entry Level

About the role

As a Reservation Technology Consultant you will configure reservation and distribution software for luxury and boutique hotels across Latin America. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who want to start a career in hospitality technology while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and customize online booking engines for partner hotels.
• Configure property management systems (PMS) and channel managers linked to Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb.
• Provide system training to hotel staff and act as the first point of support.
• Collaborate with account managers to resolve client requests and issues.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with reservation platforms.

Required profile

• Relevant education or equivalent experience, preferably a completed college degree.
• Strong team player able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable learning new software tools quickly.
• Enjoy direct client interaction and maintaining regular contact.
