Renewals Deals Manager

About the role

The Renewals Deals Manager is a key member of the Services and Operations FP&A team, supporting the Subscriptions and Renewals business of a client's fast-growing business. The role sits in Ultralag, Heredia, on a hybrid basis, and calls for strong cross-group collaboration, analytical and communication skills. It involves surfacing and presenting key business insights and recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform renewals quote reviews and approvals.
• Support renewal subscription deal analysis and ensure deals are accurate, fit for purpose and aligned with policies and strategic initiatives.
• Reconcile and analyse install base changes and the drivers behind subscription changes.
• Maintain a well-informed point of view to challenge conventional or entrenched views.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, IT and install base.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent; MBA a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience in renewals management, contracts or deal desk.
• Progressively complex roles in financial analysis with deals experience; subscription and/or service experience a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to interpret and summarise data for management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and adapt quickly to change.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modelling and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management and financial modelling abilities.
• Tableau experience is a plus.
