Remote Web Developer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking remote Web Developers across Latin America to join a paid AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the model’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges for AI testing.
• Identify bugs and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to refine AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software‑engineering experience (junior to senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any listed Latin American country.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
