Remote Web Developer – AI Code Review & Challenge Creation

About the role

We are seeking remote Web Developers across Latin America to join a paid AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the AI model’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to enhance AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software‑engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work legally in any listed Latin American country.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
