Remote UI Developer – AI Code Review & Challenge Creation

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote, paid AI training program. As a UI Developer, you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the performance of AI models. The work is asynchronous and project‑based, offering flexibility up to 40 hours per week depending on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Legally authorised to work in any of the listed Latin American countries (Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
