Remote Solutions Architect – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. As a Solutions Architect you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses, and create coding challenges that help improve model performance. The work is fully asynchronous and flexible, ideal for engineers looking for project‑based assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work legally in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
