Remote Project Coordinator – Marketing & Retention

About the role

You will be the backbone of our production process, ensuring smooth communication between clients and our internal strategists, designers, copywriters, and specialists. In this remote position you will keep every deliverable briefed, assigned, and delivered on time, directly impacting revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day production across client accounts using ClickUp.
• Transfer briefs, assign tasks, and maintain accurate project statuses.
• Handle client communications for approvals, feedback, and ad‑hoc requests.
• Flag delays and risks to strategists immediately.
• Coordinate quality assurance before work is sent to clients.
• Facilitate team meetings and keep organized project documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience in a marketing agency.
• Solid understanding of email marketing and retention campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in ClickUp and Google Workspace.
• Sharp attention to detail, excellent written communication, and consistent follow‑through.
• Self‑directed, fast‑moving, and comfortable owning outcomes.
