About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will contribute your legal expertise to shape high‑quality AI‑trained content and support multidisciplinary projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide subject‑matter expertise to evaluate and generate M&A legal content for AI system training.
• Review real‑world M&A transactions, contracts, and litigation cases to extract key legal principles and risk factors.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research covering corporate law, M&A, and private‑equity matters.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams, offering nuanced legal perspectives and feedback.
• Participate in quality‑assurance processes to ensure the accuracy of AI‑generated outputs.
• Draft, edit, and clarify complex legal concepts in clear written and verbal formats.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in M&A deal structuring, due diligence, and risk assessment.
• Strong foundation in corporate law, private‑equity, and related litigation matters.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, multidisciplinary environment.
