Remote Frontend Developer – AI Code Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Frontend Developer to join our AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the model’s performance. The role is fully remote, flexible, and suitable for engineers at any level.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work legally in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
