Remote ESL Teacher – Up to 30 Guaranteed Hours Weekly

About the role

Join a growing online teaching platform as a Remote ESL Teacher, delivering adult English lessons to students across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America. You will benefit from a guaranteed workload of up to 30 hours per week and a stable base rate.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live, one‑to‑one or small‑group ESL lessons via video conference.
• Follow provided curriculum and teaching materials without needing to create lesson plans.
• Maintain accurate attendance and lesson records in the platform’s admin system.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through the Inspire Academy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Accredited 120‑hour+ TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.
• Minimum 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Native English speaker from the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Currently residing in Central/South America or South‑East Asia with a clean criminal record.

• Strong verbal communication in English.
