Remote DevOps Engineer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking a Remote DevOps Engineer to join our AI training program across Latin America. In this project‑based role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses, and create coding challenges to help improve model performance. The position is fully remote, asynchronous and offers flexible hours up to 40 per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior to senior level).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
