Remote DevOps Engineer – AI Code Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Remote DevOps Engineer to join a paid AI training program focused on evaluating and improving AI‑generated code. The role is project‑based, asynchronous, and open to software engineers across Latin America who want to apply their coding expertise to AI model refinement.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Eligibility to work legally in one of the listed Latin American countries.
