Remote Clinical Trial Support Specialist (Multiple Openings)

About the role

Angel City VA is looking for experienced remote professionals to join its virtual clinical research support platform. The role supports independent research sites, sponsors, CROs, and healthcare organizations across the clinical trial lifecycle. Candidates should have 2‑3 years of experience in a medical or biopharmaceutical setting and current GCP and HIPAA training.

Key responsibilities

• Guide trial participants through study procedures and visit expectations.
• Assist with the informed‑consent process and patient education initiatives.
• Support patient retention and engagement activities.
• Provide regulatory, operational, and administrative assistance to research sites.
• Collaborate with sponsors and CROs on study‑specific tasks as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in clinical research, medical, or biopharma environments.
• Completed and current Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training.
• Current HIPAA training.
• Ability to specify functional strengths in resume and cover letter.
• Willingness to provide three professional references and undergo background checks.
