Remote Backend Developer – AI Training & Code Review

About the role

We are seeking remote Backend Developers across Latin America to join a paid AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the model’s performance. The work is fully asynchronous and flexible, allowing you to contribute up to 40 hours per week based on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software‑engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
