Remote Backend Developer – AI Code Review & Challenge Creation

About the role

We are seeking remote Backend Developers across Latin America to join a paid AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and design coding challenges that help improve the AI model’s performance. The work is fully asynchronous and flexible, ideal for engineers looking for project‑based assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
