About the role
OutboundView is looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join its remote sales team. In this full‑time position you will help generate new business opportunities by contacting prospects, scheduling meetings and supporting the outbound sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients via phone, email or other channels.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Generate and qualify leads through prospecting activities.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and follow‑up communications.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the outreach process.
- Contribute ideas to improve outbound sales strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in appointment setting and lead generation.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Effective time‑management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Self‑motivated, organized, detail‑oriented and results‑driven.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Experience with sales enablement platforms.
