Trainer

About the role

The Trainer is responsible for delivering client‑focused training at Concentrix, covering new‑hire onboarding, product updates and ongoing skill development. The role ensures that agents are fully prepared to provide best‑in‑class service and meet business performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead classroom training sessions, monitor student progress, and provide coaching and developmental feedback.
• Utilize effective presentation and adult‑learning techniques across various delivery modalities.
• Prepare and present training materials, including hands‑on demonstrations and supporting activities.
• Partner with Operations to transition agents from training to production, ensuring competency levels meet business needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge by taking calls, attending client meetings and conducting side‑by‑side observations.
• Measure training effectiveness through surveys, focus groups and interviews, and recommend curriculum improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) with 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with training methodologies and soft‑skill development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• High attention to detail and professional demeanor.
