Remote API Developer – Flexible Hours

About the role

We are seeking experienced software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote AI training program. As an API Developer you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the underlying models. The position offers flexible, asynchronous work up to 40 hours per week, based on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Legal authorization to work in any listed Latin American country (e.g., Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, etc.).

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
