Remote Android Developer – AI Code Review & Training

About the role

We are seeking motivated Android developers across Latin America to join a fully remote, paid AI training program. You will work asynchronously, reviewing AI‑generated code, rating its quality, and creating coding challenges that help improve the performance of our AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to help improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
