About the role
IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruiting Services Professional to lead talent acquisition and staffing initiatives for its consulting units. In this role you will partner with client managers to build a workforce equipped with critical skills, ensuring compliance with business controls and immigration requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full selection process, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with Client Managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Provide direction and escalation support to team members.
- Oversee talent processes, including immigration status initiation and maintenance.
- Align workforce planning with business objectives and client demands.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience in talent acquisition and staffing processes.
- Knowledge of compliance and immigration requirements.
- Proven ability to work with clients and understand their staffing needs.
- Leadership experience guiding team members.
