Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Recruiting Coordinator to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and help attract top talent across Latin America. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth interview process.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment process from intake meetings to onboarding.
• Schedule and lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Post openings on job boards and recruitment platforms.
• Source, screen, and pre‑interview candidates.
• Present short‑listed candidates with detailed notes to hiring managers.
• Arrange and manage interview logistics.
• Administer assessments and share results.
• Conduct reference checks and provide feedback.
• Support offer extensions and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition processes.
• Strong understanding of recruiting principles and candidate evaluation.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple openings.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining ATS data.
